Build Your Way, Inc. is a sales representative for custom built homes made by Harvest Homes, Inc. where the building frame is panel sections built in a factory. We are a customer oriented firm committed to work with you to provide the custom home or office/ commercial building to suit your needs and at a price you can afford. There are hundreds of standard/custom designs to choose from or modify between the Harvest Homes. Inc. designs and the Design Basics, Inc. designs. Design Basics, Inc. is a design firm we work closely with and can build any of their designs. We will also custom design a new building floor plan from your concepts and building requirements.
We are committed to work closely with you in designing your home, purchasing land, and building your home. Your satisfaction and our reputation is our main concern, which is why we will provide more options for exterior siding, doors, windows, etc. in addition to the options offered by Harvest Homes. This will be your home and we want you to be happy living in it.
The panelized framing construction approach costs at least 10 to 15 percent less than typical stick built structure frames. The savings is possible because Harvest Homes, Inc. makes large bulk purchases for building materials. In addition, because the building frame sections are built inside a large factory building, the weather does not affect production and lost work time is avoided.

There are two important distinctions between us and modular homes:
First, because we build the walls in sections we can travel over E2 classified bridges without worrying about weight restrictions (see newspaper articles). Our crane is smaller and is part of the delivery truck; Second, unlike modular homes, we don’t offer limited options for the flooring, trim, kitchen cabinets, doors, windows, etc. Your home is truly custom and you choose what it looks like.
We can provide full site construction services through our relationship with our builder (FSW) and land location services through our relationship with Summit West Realty, Inc. (top^) |
